What is IP-PBX

IP-PBX is an intellectual automatic exchange of the new generation enabling to telephony the company with quality. IP-PBX supports the state-of-the-art technologies such as conversation recording, flexible calls routing, connection statistics, uniting remote offices and many others. Depending on the type of fixed lines, the solution can be provided as both a pure software solution and a software and hardware solution.

It is possible to get connected to the system both locally and remotely via Internet network.

High system reliability also plays a significant role; the call centers are also commercially available on the basis of the same platform. Rigid operation terms of similar systems impose high requirements on the qualitative component.

Two solution options are offered, as follows: a box-based (half-finished) solution and a turn-key based solution.
